When your order ships

Orders ship from Lake Villa, Illinois, within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, except US holidays). Orders paid by Zelle ship once the payment arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and India. Choose your country at checkout to see the shipping options for it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is shown at checkout, before you pay. It depends on where your order is going and how many items are in it.

Delivery times

Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Orders to India usually arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on customs.

Tracking

We send you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Orders outside the US

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are paid by you, usually on delivery. Indian customs may text or email you to upload ID (Aadhaar, PAN or passport) before releasing the parcel; replying quickly avoids delays or the parcel being sent back.

Address problems and lost parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or customs weren't cleared, we'll contact you, and re-shipping is at your cost. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, get in touch and we'll work with the carrier to put it right.
