30-day returns (US orders)

We want you to love your piece. If you don't, and your order was shipped within the US, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with any tags still attached, within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

International orders are final sale

We can't accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the US. If an international order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll still put it right (see below).

How to start a return

Message us through our Contact page (omthreadsboutique.vercel.app/contact) with your order number (it starts with OT-) and the piece you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and anything else you need. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. We suggest a tracked service, because we can only refund a return that reaches us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. This applies to every order, international ones included. We'll cover the return shipping and give you a full refund, including the original shipping, or send a replacement if we have one.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund you within 5 business days, to the way you paid: your card or account through Stripe or PayPal, your wallet for crypto payments, or your bank by Zelle for Zelle orders. Your bank or provider may take a few more days to show it. The original shipping cost isn't refunded unless the return is because of our mistake.

Exchanges

Would you like a different color or piece instead? Tell us when you get in touch. If it's in stock we'll hold it for you and ship it once your return arrives. If the prices differ, we'll refund or charge the difference.

Orders from our Etsy shop

If you bought through Etsy, please start your return from your Etsy purchases page instead, under our Etsy shop's policies.
